Does the debate format need to change?
As I watch debate after debate between the Republican candidates, it becomes difficult to see who these discussions are really for: the media, the electorate, or simply the candidates themselves?
The past few debates, the moderators have ended up with tomato on their faces for asking questions the candidates did not feel were appropriate. The candidates threw talking points at each other, but at the end it was difficult to get a real picture of any of the candidates.

With much of the media attention on the Republican primaries and essentially legislation that looks good in an election year, there is a major piece of legislation that has been quite overlooked. What is so important about this legislation? Well, it represents one of the fundamental jobs assigned to Congress by the U.S. Constitution. On the heels of news that The Pirate Bay founders have been denied their latest appeal and their sentencing having been made final, The Pirate Bay has changed its domain from thepiratebay.org to thepiratebay.se. The change was made in the middle of last week in an effort to prevent censorship from the United States Government.
