Last Chance for No-bama!
It appears this will be my last stab at the man who has done nothing except give good speeches and provide “hope” before he is my new boss
According to the polls, Obama should win. I am desperately hanging onto that margin of error. I am convinced even more he is the wrong man.
I started the quest on whom I would vote for awhile back. Neither party appeals to all my issues, so I truly do vote on who is the best in my mind. Digging in to issues like morals, character, and our nation’s future. McCain prevails in two of the three and Obama in none.
To start, I could not find one single act of good done by Obama. I even polled all the readers of this site and sifted the Internet. All I found was, “he gives me hope.” Well, so do the candles on a birthday cake!
Morals. Obama is on record saying he supports abortion. Also, he said concerning his daughters he will, “…teach them, first of all, values and morals, but if they make a mistake, I don’t want them punished with a baby.” What values or morals does that teach?
Then what put the nail in the coffin for me was how he answered Rick Warren in the video link above. Now, clearly Warren is a pastor and likely slanted to Republicans. However, Obama answered his questions about when a baby gets human rights. The lawyer in him came out and he said that it was above his “pay grade.” However, to a Planned Parenthood crowd he said the “first” thing he would do is sign the Freedom of Choice Act removing numerous restrictions on abortion.
Why didn’t he tell the Pastor this? He can’t answer a question if the answer is negative. This is not the character trait I want in the man telling me to take arms and defend our Constitution (which he doesn’t like how it is written anyway).
It is a true shame we are so willing to live in U.S.A. New motto, “God who?”

Wow, still toting that “punished with a baby” line? That is some crazy talk. First of all, that comment was taken out of context; what he really meant is that he would much prefer to teach his daughters the importance of practicing safe sex because no matter what religion you follow or how you raise your children, more than likely, they will have sex before they are married and if you are raised responsible children, they’ll pull a condom out before the act and if you raise a child to think that god doesn’t think condoms are so cool, well then you can expect your son or daughter to come home one day and say “Oh yeah, hey, I have five STDs and I’m expecting in 7 and a half months.” or “Oh yeah, hey, I have five STDs and I knocked some chick up from my Biology class so I need $500 to pay for an abortion.” Really, the choice is up to you since that whole part of life comes from what children are taught either by their parents or in school and in most cases, taught in school and hopefully reinforced by the parent(s).
Moving on…
Hardly anyone supports aborting every fetus a woman carries; some women actually want to have children without their right to choose being taken away from them. If you can’t trust a woman with a decision over her own body and to know what the right decision is for her, personally, how can you trust her raising a child? And adoption? Sure, throw another kid into foster care which is a failing system that carries children until they’re 18 years old and then sends them out into the world on their own while they have no idea how to keep themselves alive in the harsh, real world. But that isn’t your problem, right? As long as that fetus is alive, then you’ve done your part and after they exit the womb, they can go fuck themselves.
The whole pro-life stance relies on nothing but keeping all of the unwanted babies around so we can have dead soldiers.

Do you know how Google works? I am thinking not after reading your attempt at setting the “facts” straight.
First of all, I don’t think you made your case for something being taken out of context. I believe the text quoted above covered everything you said in your response. Try again.
Secondly, do some research when it comes to abortions. More than 95% of abortions are done basically as birth control…ooops, I didn’t know sex could get me pregnant, I will fix that. And the STDs are still there…hmmm.
As far as adoption, again you are WRONG. American babies are adopted almost immediately and often people are on waiting lists for years to get the chance to get a baby. In fact, many responsible American couples are paying a fortune to adopt children from other countries because they can’t adopt domestically. The kids in foster homes are usually 5 years old and older and have been beaten or molested and many couples can’t deal with the psychological trauma and potential danger these children will bring.
Dead soldiers? I am not sure that makes sense at all. I guess apparantly only those with parents who were too scared to abort send their children to the military. Do you even know the percent of people living today that are serving…less than 1% or 3 million. There are 1.3 Millions abortions each year…I guess our numbers could be a lot larger according to your ranting. So you are saying that our military could be larger, I am pretty sure the size of our military is not based on the populace but rather government funding.
Last point. Obama claimed that determining when a child deserves basic human rights comes down to a scinetific or theological view. Hmmm…both point to abortions as murder. Theologically, there is life at the moment of conception. Scientists define life as having DNA and being able to take energy from the environment and use it. The moment sperm fertilizes the egg there is DNA. And because the cells replicate and replicate to create the fetus and so on…is evidence of energy being used. Oh yeah, science defines cells as the basic functioning unit of life. What?
To summarize. Abortion is taking the life from a living organism. An organism that possesses human DNA. Humans possess human DNA. Abortion is taking the life of a human.
According to your website: “Activism comes in various shapes and sizes. One of the biggest forms of activism in the last few years has been raising awareness through the internet, as it is a surefire way to get your ideas and voice across to a great deal of people at one time.”
Note there is nothing in that statement about doing research and knowing what you are saying before you speak. I have to admit that is shocking after de-bunking every single point you tried to make.

Why are these people still so bent on defending Obama? I think it’s hilarous, but disturbing at the same time. No one on any site I’ve reviewed about politics has said anything more about Obama than what Joe has mentioned.
“He gives us hope…” and lies constantly; siding with one side of an argument on certain days, and then the other side on others all depending on who he is talking to.
I see another white house scandal in the future if Obama is truly elected… more than likely it will be of something much worse in caliber than Clinton’s debacle however.

If you look on this link, and on many others Obama changes his stance constantly on abortion. There are also many other things he has changed his stance on very frequently; if you ask me he’s just a glorified womanizer in a sense. Telling the right people only what it is they want to hear.
Read up before arguing more and answer this one question. What stance (for GOOD change) has Obama taken and decided to stay behind?
Why elect a man to run an entire country that can’t decide which side of an argument he actually wants to take? What happens when he is forced to make real decisions that involves our entire country?

Great point, Briley. Never even thought of the scandal aspect.
Clinton’s actions really angered me. If one of the DoD employees had committed adultery we would get judicial punishment. If it occured on duty, we could get prison time. Yet the populace defended him. I think that no matter what happens with Obama, he will still be a hero.
