Machine Converts Plastic Back into Oil

by Jason Lightner July 29th, 2011 Independent Ideas, Political Opinions, World Politics
Why hasn't this received more publicity? Scientists in Japan have found a method to convert plastic back into oil, which can then be refined to create products like gasoline, diesel, or kerosene. It heats up the plastic until it becomes a gas, which then is captured and converted to oil. This process has less of a carbon footprint because it doesn't use fire for the heat, thus eliminating CO2 emissions. Check out the video below (Scroll to the bottom of the article to see the video) and then continue reading.

by Jason Lightner July 22nd, 2011 Independent Ideas, Political Opinions

The station that, for the last fifteen years, has paraded around far-right-wing political feces to combat a "growing liberal bias" in the media (you know, the bias that doesn't exist), considers themselves the middle ground in the world of news. They consider their network to be objective and fair, and their talking heads will never admit on air that FOX actively and deceptively pushes an agenda. The agenda in question is the neo-conservative movement, a political movement that has managed to keep middle-class Americans voting against their own

by Ronald A. Rowe July 20th, 2011 Political Facts, Political Opinions, Winners & Losers
Every week some political figures soar like eagles while other soar more like one-winged penguins with cinder blocks tied to their feet. [IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: Camp Campaign does not endorse animal cruelty. Please do not attempt to tie cinder blocks to the feet of one-winged penguins. That’s just mean. Unless you send the tape to America’s Funniest Home Videos. Then it’s just good fun for everybody.] Camp Campaign is the only place on the Internet to give you a handy guide to know who was an eagle and who was the penguin each week.

Winners:

Mitt Romney – Not so much by
