Famous actor and well-known hyperbolist (no, that's not a real word) Alec Baldwin has stated publicly that he is considering moving to Connecticut and challenging incumbent Joe Lieberman for his Senate seat. Lieberman's response was "Make my day". To that, I'd like to add a "Yippee".
It would be great to see Baldwin carpet bag his way to Connecticut and drop millions of his Hollywood money in a futile attempt to win a Senate seat. I almost wish he had a chance at winning because it would provide no small amount of article fodder to write about his ineptitude if he actually
Where on Earth is Condoleezza Rice?

What ever happened to Condoleezza Rice? You remember her, right? The Secretary of State under President Bush. She was the second black Secretary of State, and the second woman but the first black woman to hold the office. (Sorry, PC police, but I refuse to use the term African-American, unless I'm referring to someone born in Africa, say Kenya, for example, and moved to the United States).

Bill Clinton’s Victory Lap
by Ronald A. Rowe August 11th, 2009
General Politics
As you may have seen during the few hours of TV talking head time that were not devoted to Michael Jackson this week, American journalists Laura Ling and Euna Lee were released from 'house arrest' in North Korea and given full pardons thanks to the intervention of American diplomat and elder statesman... Bill Clinton?
President Clinton, who most recently has been serving in the capacity of cranky old attack dog for the Democratic Party, stepped up his game and wrangled the journalists' freedom from cranky old crazy man Kim Jong Il in what North Korea described as a token of North
